Yes. Alfabet will be retained, along with our other two existing and complementary products (Horizzon and HOPEX). This creates the most comprehensive end-to-end enterprise transformation offering in the market, covering enterprise architecture management (EAM), strategic portfolio management (SPM), business process management (BPM), solution architecture management (SAM) and governance risk & compliance (GRC). We are also developing a new cloud-native, AI-based enterprise transformation platform where we will bring together the best of each of the three existing products.
The company will be called Bizzdesign.
Yes, the Alfabet team has moved across to the combined organization, and for the foreseeable future, Alfabet will operate as a standalone division within Bizzdesign. Conrad Langhammer, who has been CEO of Alfabet, will continue to lead the business.
No. All existing agreements, quotes, and support structures – including associated costs – remain intact. There is no impact on existing contracts, which have been migrated to the new organisation.
It is business as usual for upcoming renewals. There are no changes to the process that has been explained to you.
The current sales, services and support teams for Alfabet solutions can be reached with their existing contact details. However, the support-ticketing system and training environment will change. More information on that below
We have migrated all Alfabet accounts to the Bizzdesign Support Ticket system. For security reasons, we cannot transfer passwords. All active Alfabet users will receive a separate email to activate a new user-login for the Bizzdesign Support Ticket system. Alfabet’s e-learning courses will be migrated from the SoftwareAG Learning Portal to Bizzdesign Academy: www.bizzdesign-academy.com. New users will need to register before enrolling for courses.
At the moment only training videos will be available. Exercises, training environments and certifications will be available from the end of Q1 2025.
